With over 19 years experience in family law and trained as a 

Guardian Ad Litem and Parent Coordinator, I am dedicated to ensuring that I take care of all of my clients and that their legal needs are met and completed.   I offer high-quality legal work and personal client service.

One-Hour Consultation Fee for all matters.  


Flat Fee service areas include:  absolute divorce, separation agreement, prenuptial agreement, custodial care agreement, domestic violence, and name change.


Retainer Fee service areas include:  adoption, child custody & support, equitable distribution, guardianship,  and spousal support. 

FAQs

An Absolute Divorce is a legal decree by the Court severing a marriage between two spouses.


Adoptions are legal proceedings to establish a family with at least one biological parent or two non-biological parents.


Child Custody results in an Order of the Court or Agreement reached between the parties setting forth physical and legal custody of the parties' minor child(ren).  Child Support results in an Order of the Court or Agreement reached between the parties setting an amount to be contributed by one parent for the financial rearing of the parties' child(ren). 


Equitable Distribution results in an Order of the Court setting forth how the parties' marital estate is to be divided.


A Separation Agreement is a contract signed by both spouses setting forth the property division, child custody arrangement,child support, spousal support, or any other rights arising out of the marriage.


Post separation support/Alimony is the temporary or permanent financial assistance provided to a spouse proven to be dependent upon the other spouse.
